A Corporate Cooking Testimonial
We designed and implemented a cooking excercise with our chefs, for new corporate client, Vision Systems Limited. The company was pleased with our concept and ran 15 residential conference groups through this leadership training exercise.
The concept was for each of 3 teams, dressed in full chef's uniforms, to cook and serve a 3 course meal, for 20 people, each under the supervision of a qualified chef. They were supplied with recipes and all of the ingredients. Teams plate up and serve the meal while a spokesperson introduces their course. Here's what they said about the program -
