Overview
Corporate Commandos offer leadership, teambuilding and adventure activities in a field environment. Activities are designed to offer a unique training experience to organisations that rely on a strong team dynamic. We take participants outside their comfort zone, which raises awareness of each individual's strengths and weaknesses and build their leadership and teamwork skills. Thus enhances motivation and productivity in the workplace.
We have 25 years of practical experience in developing and delivering teambuilding, leadership and adventure activities in a workplace and outdoor environment. Each course is tailored to achieve your organisations goals and needs. Courses range from 4 hours to 4 days.
Range of Activities
Abseiling, Water operations - rafting & canoeing, constructing field machines i.e... flying fox, Teambuilding imitative games, Corporate challenge games (where teams go head to head), The bullring format (where teams move through a variety of activities where every team member is given the opportunity to be leader), Leadership theoretical lesson (discussing types, points and principles of leadership).
