Flowerdale Estate Retreat is a dedicated conference venue situated in the scenic Goulburn Valley region, just 70 minutes north of Melbourne's CBD. The venue has a long history dating back to 1842. The 150-acre property is also home to a working alpaca stud farm.

Facilities include 30 guest rooms, catering for up to 60 people. Two spacious conference rooms and numerous syndicate areas. Venue is well equipped for team building, recreation and outdoor activities, with facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, two (his/hers) saunas, gymnasium, undercover floodlit tennis court, running track, volleyball, table tennis, nearby golf course, billiards room and BBQ area.
